If not driving ,sounds as if clutch collapsed / sheared .Could also check if any driveshafts broken .

Could be that the clutch cable has seized internally. If this is the case,it is VERY dangerous to have the engine running, as the clutch could release without notice.
Locate where the clutch cable meets the lever on the gearbox. Push the lever towards the cable to see if it moves or releases completely.
DO NOT have the engine running. DO NOT leave the car running without someone in the drivers seat, until you're sure what the problem is.

clutch lever stiff to move/fixed this by spraying wd40 into lever shaft and moving back/forward until free cheap repair
