2004 Rover Streetwise engine management light

Variant: 1.9 diesel
car run fine but manage light is on start first time it had a recon injecter pump new belts new map senseor fuel filter oxigen sensor air filter glow plugs injecter cleaned and checked not much left but management light please help ?

If light on there should be a stored fault code that can be retrieved by scanning
