hi just changed the cambelt sensor as i need to know if it needs to be reprogrammed to the car thanks

hi i've replaced the cambelt sensor with a brand new one and i'm still getting the same fault on the dianostic test any info would be grateful thanks plus i've changed all the sensors and its still misssing and cutting out
