Alarm/central locking

1999 Rover 800 Sterling
Car: Rover 800
Year: 1999
Variant: Sterling
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & LightsEngine & DrivetrainRunning Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Hi, car was running absolutely fine when parked up, about 6 weeks ago. Now due MOT, so went to fetch car home, ready for MOT. I changed the battery due to original being flat. Original key fob dead, so got the spare out. Red and green lights working, but no joy unlocking the car with fob. I’ve tried all the usual “reset” procedures, but nothing works. I’ve tried manually locking and unlocking, but can’t het immobiliser off. The passenger door has now deadlocked, and I can’t open it??. I’m now totally ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️. There used to be someone on eBay who would reprogram the slam ecu, and supply a new fob, but he seems to have disappeared. Does anyone know where I can get the alarm ECU reprogrammed and a new fob supplied??? Alternatively, can anyone help PLEASE. I’m based in Walsall, West Midlands.
Thanks for your patience reading this

Hi, thanks for replying.
Yes, I have checked all fuses shown in the hand book, and all are OK.
