Heater wont blow hot possibly due to coolant level but a leaking head gasket can also cause it . You really need to identify exactly where leak is coming from , a pressure test should show the fault . Other causes can be Inlet manifold gasket , water pump , thermostat housing at rear of engine , or the metal pipe to thermostat housing .
