1999 Rover 400 central locking issues

my key locks and then unlocks the car so i have to lock the car manually ( but only 3 doors- not driver's) is this a key fob problem or central locking?
the immobiliser works and i can disable it with the keyfob, but it just doesn't lock.

check door pin switches are not broken
