my rear left break appears to be stuck on and i dont know how to release it! car still drives fine just noisy grinding noise can any1 help me?

Brake pads probably need replacing if it is grinding as you say. Also the discs will need replacing if pads are metal to metal...

ok well i wont be able to fix it till the weekend will it be ok to drive till then?

From what you say , car should not be used on road .You could end up with brake failure .
