Hi All,
rover 25, freezing weather, battery dead. Replaced the battery but only getting a click from the starter, replaced the starter, still the same problum. Found all the hoses and coolant reservoir solidly frozen, would the engine be frozen, hence the starter won't turn it over?
any help appreciated.

i would try to start it at all as your water pump is belt driven and that will be preventing you from turningthe engine over so will have to wait for a nice warm day for it to defrost before you attemp to start the car
