2003 Rover 25 vibration and noise on front of car

I recently changed my suspension arm (bottom arm) nowith when I drive and turn right the steering wheel vibrates and a funny noise come from it as well any ideas what could cause it thanks in advance

I would suggest you get it jacked up and recheck whatever work you carried out and parts fitted .After any susp / steering work an alignment check is advisable .Could also check power steering fluid level ..
