car has new cluch cable but was jumping out with old one too.
no problem with other gears.4th gear you can go to 70 mph no problem.5th gear soon has you reach 50-60mph it jumps out of gear.

Clutch cable nothing to do with jumping out of 5th .Check linkage / cable and oil level .If all o.k , internal fault , usually 5th gear synchro .

sounds like it could be a loose nut on end of shaft.
