when the wipers are on intermitant the wipers blades stop half way its almost like the motor hasnt got enough power to do the whole cycle any ideas?

It could be worn carbon brushes(or sticking) in the wiper motor . Another could be a dirty parking switch conextionisidr the gear box or just needing fresh grease in the box .Old grease can get hard. Finally worn linkages could be at fault. Hope this helps. john ~Mantova

common problem with the rovers replace the motor there around £15 to £30 pounds for a good one on ebay and most offer a warranty too

when do the blades stop is it on the way from the parked position or back to the parked position
