There is power running too it but apparently I need an auto electrician to look at it due to the airbag - can anyone help??

First check for fuse blown.

Maybe I'm reading it wrong but if there is power going to horn , got to be a faulty horn or not earthing ?

Ah! My mistake you have power ,so you require to remove your airbag from the steering wheel in order to sort the earth,which may just require a clean.you should be fine to do this with the ignition off.
