2004 Rover 25 central locking

my central locking has stopped working on both key fobs and only lock manually door by door but still need the fob too start the car as it still uses the immobilizer. plus intermitten wipers have also stopped and rear screen heater and interior light only works on the on position and not when doors open anymore. i have checked all the fuses and are fine and have changed battery in fob any ideas anyone plz
