my air blower stopped working on settings 1-2 and works on 3-4 i know what that is means the resister has packed up and now none of the setting are working at all its like its dead ive took the whole blower out got a new resister changed the fuses and even changed the settings switch and still have nothing i need to sort this proplem out asap because its dangerous when driving in the rain as the car gets so steamed up

It is not clear from your Text whether you got a complete new unit or if you got three replacement Resistors and soldered them into position. If you got a complete new unit either that unit is faulty or perhaps the power connector to same is not pushed home fully. I would also suggest you turn on the Fan and see if there is power coming through to the connector that brings the power to the resistor.
