Rover 25 battery

Battery,occasionally(5-6 months), goes flat(zero volts) overnight,despite being in regular use.

Have checked Generator output
             Boot light
             Radio sw off
             All loads switched off
             Replaced battery
             Battery connections

the best thing for this is a multi meter with a hi lo memory it can be set on a batt overnight and record weather the car suddenly raised the amps and drained the batt.how many amps does the car take with everything off?
