the rear washer fuse keeps blowing in my rover 200

A common fault on that car is the tailgate wiring loom where the wires wear through and short . Might be worthwhile pulling back rubber and checking .

as already explained,repair the tailgate wiring harness as wires chafe through and break,very common fault
