1999 Rover 200 loosing power
Year: 1999
Variant: 1.8 TD
The car is fine in every other aspect apart from the fact that it looses power going uphill in a high gear. It does not have as much power as it should have.

check all your intake pipes are securely fitted and not damaged or split,check you have no fuel leaks or restrictions,when was the fuel filter last changed?the car might just need a service.ie fuel,air and oil filters changing
