WHEN IM DRIVING THE CAR AN PUT MY FOOT DOWN ON THE ACCELERATOR HARD IT JUDDERS.IF I USE THE ACCELERATOR SLOWLY ITS NOT 2 BAD..IS THIS SPARK PLUGS??..OR SOME KIND OF BLOCKAGE SOMEWHERE..HELP PLZ..THANKS

If you notice a lack of power, then it is most likely the plugs or something on the ignition side of the engine - maybe HT leads, or coil pack(s)/distributor (whichever is fitted)

i would look at the management. MAP sensors and ECU's are prone to failure and are not easy to diagnose. DO check the plugs and HT circuit as advised its a good place to start!!
