1997 Rover 200 anti freeze/bleed radiator

how exactly do i bleed the radiator after i drain it andrefill with anti freeze?? how long should it take?? i know little about it so all help is greatly appreciated

Same procedure as already advised on your Ford post , only to add , if any of your cars have bleed screws on cooling system , use them .

there is a metal pipe that runs around the side of the cylinder headwhich goes to the thermostat on that pipe is a 8mm headed bleed bolt in line with the end of the cylinder head,sometimes these rovers can be a knightmare to bleed but usually a good drive around removes any unwanted air locks just keep an eye on temp gauge and top up water level again when cold
