On attempting to start car its not rotating but can here clicking noise coming from starter motor. Attempted to jump start using jump leads and by rolling it in second gear but still wouldnt turn over.

When you tried bumping the car in second gear, as the ignition switched on?
If not, try again with the ignition on, it sounds like the starter motor has a fault.
