2005 Renault Modus spanner lights up on dash “check injection” then runs without accelerator

The orange spanner lit up on the dash with “check injection” the car slowed and continued running without applying the accelerator and then the engine kept revving, the car wanted to speed, so had to keep applying the brakes.

You need to rectify the injection fault . The car is over fuelling because of the injector problem , hence engine revving up .
