Low oil pressure and amber spaner

The car keep saying low oil pressure, had new oil, filter and sensor. Now keep dying while driving. Fan sound like its on when you turn the key. New battery as well

Check coolant level .You may need fuel filter changed and probably car scanned for faults if still getting problems .

How to reset service light indicator Renault Modus.

1. To reset the mileage before service on a Renault Modus, follow this steps.
2. Select the miles/km to service display on the trip computer.
3.Repeatedly push and hold one of the two buttons on the end of the windscreen wiper stalk for about 10 seconds until the mileage is reset and the display shows the mileage before maintenance service permanently.

These engines if run low of oil can literally eat their big end bearing.
It's a peculiarity of design that one big end oil feeds runs only to one cylinder.
Sorry I cant remember which exactly but it's at one end or the other.
So#1 or #4.
As a result it can't maintain oil pressure.
Only way to know for sure is drop the sump and remove the big end caps.
Trust me if they/it is wiped it's obvious to the eye.
Might be wrong but I've see a few with these exact oil pressure symptoms/faults.
And you seem to have tried the obvious fixes.
