1997 Renault Megane abs alarm light on all the time

The ABS alarm light is on all the time, even when the car stops. Would you plz tell me how to fix it? Cheers, Sam.

Hi Sam,
This probably wont be a quick fix it could be a numver of things. The ABS sensor sits in the brake caliper and sometimes they become chocked up with brake dust. You could strip down your calipers and give it all a good clean and see if that works. Let me know how you get on. Dont mess around with your brakes too much if you dont know what you are doing, get it down to your local kwik fit etc
