2000 Renault Megane filler flap wont unlock

hi there my filler flap wont unlock, the doors and boot lock/unlock fine
checkrd fuses even tried wd40
not sure what to do any help please

Normally if you go into the boot and take out the boot lining directly behind the filler flap, there is an emergency release in there.
You may need a new solenoid for it if it is not just sticking .
