1999 Renault Megane no heating in the car

I recently had a new heating matrix fitted in my car but its still cold even though the heating is on.Am not sure if i have a problem with the water pump or the heat sensor ?

possible head gasket fault or air lock or restriction in cooling system. also possible impeller broken on water pump!!!

Hi was the heater blowing out cold air before you had the heater matrix fitted,or did you have the matrix on to try and cure the problem
