2003 Renault Megane front suspension coil

I have replaced both suspension coils on the front of my megane, however, the drivers side spring keep jumping out of its hold at the top, and cranking against plastic work underneath, passenger side is perfectly fine, bought both springs brand new from local car parts dealer. please advise.

is spring right way up?
some later megans had a modifyed holder that bolted on the strut to stop this check with renault to see if your car covered by mod
