1998 Renault Megane automatic transmission, power off when driving forward

Year: 1998
Variant: 1.6 auto

my car will power off the engineer if I drive forward in any gear level, including D, 1,2,or 3. it does not shut the engineer down if you drive backwards in R.
Could someone give me some advice please?
