hi the car will turn over but will not fire up. have changed crank sensor but still no joy! it has fuel. this happens every now and then but getting worse. if i try the next day it starts.confused.com

Hi is could be an immobiliser fault.

First thing to establish are does it have a spark at the plugs?
then are the injectors being triggered?
Both are dependant an the CAS.
My question is...
Does the rev counter register when cranked.
Should read at least 100 rpm or so.
