everytime i change gear the lever jolts back at me quite severley. doesnt make a noise. and only happens in 1st 3rd 5th
any ideas?

the problem you have here is the rear lower engine mount has gone soft or even broken so the engine is not secure hence the gear lever moving like it does hope this helps
