Could do with more info .Can you swap switches and eliminate that ? If not you will need to check for power at switch and at motor .

Probably needs a new window mechanism they are prone to breaking.

If motor o.k , you will need a new regulator or regulator repair kit .

the window works fine sometimes so assume motor ok could it be a faulty switch
