1999 Renault Megane squealing noise when i take my foot of the accelerator

Whenever I drive there is a squealing noise when I take my foot of the accelerator, also it sounds like theres a sucking noise coming from the air vents in the car when the squealing intermittently stops like it takes it in turns ? Anyway straight away as I put my foot on the accelerator the noise stops

Check for slipping belt and all air / vac hoses for leaks .Also check exhaust system for leaks .
