2005 Renault Megane missing and lacks power when cruising but drives fine when i put my foot down

i bought my megane in 2008 but in 2010 at about 70,000 miles my car started to miss nothing serious i took it to dealer and he changed glow plug this did not resolve and now i have done 112,000 miles in it and it is a lot worse but always when i put my foot down it goes ok , doing town driving or just going at a steady pace is a nightmare jerks a lot and loses power unless i put my foot down

Bad for e.g.r valve issues best to check for codes firstly ,see what you get.

Would have thought fitting glow plugs would not have been cause of original fault .Could try cleaning the EGR valve but a diagnostic check might be needed .
