intermitant problem, where the blower doesn't work and when u switch it on the wipers decide to move. then the wiper stalk doesn't work you have to use the blower to reset them.

You should be able to find a good autoelectrician from this site, sounds like a problem that needs professional assistance.

When you press start button it clicks near fuses inglove box and says steering locked and then steering unlocked and will not start
