2003 Renault Megane engine

i have had this car for 2 weeks.this problem has been mentioned a lot..but...no answers.. on starting from cold, engine ticks over but will not rev up,,if i leave ticking over it will start acting normally after 5 mins to 10 mins,, if i stop the car after initial start up and remove the card reader, then reinsert it the car will start and run as it should.. another thing is after driving on a journey 5 miles or 20miles...turn engine of + remove card reader..if i try to start the car within a short time,it fires starts runs lumpy + cuts out,, i then have to wait at least half an hour for it to restart normally ...i have changed heater plugs,egr valve,fuel filter,fuel pipes + syphon pump, reaching half way down the car.fuel cleaner.new battery + fitted a new turbo i removed as much of the inlet manifold parts as i could,cleaned them out ,the oil,tar,carbon deposits were quite bad,the only thing i did not do was remove the inlet manifold ,because that meant removing the turbo,and cat..cleaning these parts was the most successfull it improved quite a lot. i think it needs a person who has had garage experience ,i hope someone out there can help me,,les
