2003 Renault Megane door closed, but indicating open

Closed door to my megane, started to drive and the light came on to say that my drivers side door was open. I pulled over, closed the door and the light remained on. I now cannot lock the car with remote locking or via key. The door is definitely closed. Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Sounds like the micro switch is faulty inside your dr lock catch you could try lubricating the catch in case it,s sticking,But im afraid your looking at a new lock.only way to tell is to strip it out.
