both back doors wont unlock any ideas

Do you have child anti tamper switch on your front switch pack if so make sure its off,just a thought,Other than that it,s unlikley to be two faulty motors so more likley to be a switch fault or connection fault .Personally i would start fault tracing from the drivers switch pack and ensure everything connected .

Could also check for broken wires where they pass from pillar through into door .
