2006 Renault Megane timing belt

Wifes car just had service and dealership advised immediate changing of timing belt. Had car from new, done 30,000 so not been ragged. Car knowledge is limited - any help folks?

I would take dealership advice as if belt goes , major problems . Despite low mileage and being well looked after it's a time or mileage recommended change interval .
