Lumpy tickover, big flat spot when accelerating
2003 Renault Medallion 1800 Dymanique petrol, manual

Car starts fine, ticks over ok for about 30secs then goes lumpy. If you drive within the first 30 secs its perfect. After 30 secs she will not respond to acc pedal until depressed over half way then revs its nuts off. Whilst driving on motorway at 60 the first quarter movement has no response then takes off like a rocket.
