Renault Clio Wing Mirror Problems

just purchased a 2014 Clio the passenger side wing mirror when pushed in is flat against window but the driver mirror only goes in 3/4 of the way is it supposed to be the sme as the passenger sie?

Have replaced the key card battery but had to use the emergency key. Since then the central locking is not working or the main locking button inside.

Screen blank radio unpowered. CD ejects ok and inserts ok.
