1999 Renault Clio noises when driving

Year: 1999
Variant: 1.2rt

when i am driving the car has began to constantly makw a sqeeking noise, and also whan i lift my foot off the accelerator and put it back on it makes like a moaning noise!! anyhelp would be appreciated as i am not going to spend a load of money on it AGAIN!!!!

So many possible causes . You really need to get the car checked over and road tested before you would have any idea of faults .Could be brakes , suspension , steering , engine mountings etc. etc .
