1999 Renault Clio loss of speedo,fuel & temp gauge & digital clock/trip

iam not getting any reading on the speedo,fuel or temp gauge or getting any clock read out or odemeter, all other lights on dash are working.
I have to pull the fuse for the dash to get it back up again, but it only works for a short time.

Sounds like faulty instrument cluster .

With reference to changing the instrument panel mine is a basic speedo, fuel & temp gauge & is made by Jaeger, all replacements i seem to locate are Sagem's with a similar set up except for fuel & temp gauge on opposite sides to mine & all the lights to the sides rather than along the bottom
