my freind has a clio he brought up to me for new driveshaft when i drove it bk to him back end felt like was fishtailng so checked back suspention for prob couldnt find any but noticed inside of both bk wheels were bauld even though i just changed the bout month ago any suggestions

Got to be something badly worn on rear suspension to cause geometry to be that far out it's hammering tyres .

have ckecked all back suspention bushes and springs all ok i had same thought but am now baffled

He hasn't changed wheels from front to rear by chance ?

no he had all four tyres done front ones still ok i asked him same question

do u think axle could be slightly twisted

Could be something bent i.e stub axle if for instance ,ever kerbed .

not sure he bought it from a market told him to stay clear of the market but nvr listned a didnt see any sighns of damage but u nvr know

Put tracking / alignment gear on it and see if it's in the tolerance settings .

has any modifications been made to rear suspension eg lowered or uprated struts etc,bigger wheels?chaeck the rear tyres are not scrubbing on wheel arches,

just bigger wheels he put 17s on it but no rubbing have checked already and just standard suspention this really has got me baffled

what size tyres does he have fitted and does it have correct size spacers fitted?
