hi put new spark plugs coil with ht leads on my clio and its still missfireing had it on code reader and it just comes up with wot i know ! anybody got any ideas thankyou

Check basics i.e all cyls getting spark / fuel .If all o.k , check compressions .

do you have the actual P codes?have you checked all the plugs are sparking?

probably the coil for those 2 cylinders gone down can you swap it for no 2and 3 coil to see if you get the same result .thats assuming its not a coil per plug set up .
