2005 Renault Clio noise from uner front of car

there's a loud screeching noise from under the front of the car mostly when moving the steering. plz could anyone help?

Sounds like belt slipping , get it checked out .

if has it hydraulic power steering check the fluid level

Is it worse on full lock? Is it high pitched squeal? High pitched wouldn't indicate a loose fan belt.
A deeper noise especially when on full lock could indicate your power steering is on the way out. If you can feel the vibration through your foot it could be the crankshaft pulley. Both the power steering and crankshaft make the same noise when they go.
