The doors lock but the boot doesn't using the key remote?

the boot lock has either lost its feed or the soleniod has become faulty and will need replacing so its a visit to the dealers or a breakers yard for a new one but i would get one from the dealers if it turns out to be faulty of course

the pasenger side door does not lock with the key fob and the driver side door will not open from the outside when i have locked it is it the fob?
