2003 Renault Clio turns over but wont start

Hi there, i have a clio diesel 1.5 it was running fine, one day it didnt start 1st time even after the glow plug light had gone out but did the second time of asking. It did this for 2 or 3 days and then it wouldnt start at all. It turns over but wont start. Ive had the glow plugs changed but still it wont start, there isnt any air in the fuel system (hand primer) if any body can help i would appreciate it.

Might be worth getting the TDC sensor checked as this a common cause of engines not starting.
