2001 Renault Clio flat spot after 3000 rpm

ive got a flat spot after 3000 rpm,there is no misfire but just holds back after that,any advise please

I would have suggested fuel filter , but I think on that car it's inside tank and normally o.k for about 100,000 mls .Checked out the usual suspects ?
