2000 Renault Clio car keeps jerking when im driving

the car is diesel ive recently had the breaks done and i think its call the engine mount had that done, the car is jerking when im driving any ideas what it may be before i take to a garage.Thanks

Brakes shouldn't cause fault you describe , but go back to garage and ask them to road test car with you as replacing engine mounting hasn't cured jerking .
