2014 Renault Clio my car not starting

I haven't moved the car since Sunday.
When I push the start/stop bottom, all the lights and radio will come on but also you will hear a tick nose but the car wont start.
I've tried jumping the car and there petrol.
can some advise me please?

Does sound like a flat battery , Either test battery , charge or replace if needed .
