I've recently notice that my coolant it not lasting, when I open the water tank, the liquid is flowing back into the water tank.
when I'm stationary and I pull off there water and oil on the floor but its more watery, when I'm accelerating there a continues knocking noise until I stop the car.

Serious faults that need checking asap . Coolant system pressurising and especially engine knocking usually mean major repairs . Many possible causes , you should stop you using the car in case of further damage till examined
